1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping orders returned due to incorrect address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.

If your package is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
